The bathroom had a loud exhaust fan that scraped against the ceiling. The coffee table fell apart on one side with a duct taped leg. An infested chamber with roaches on the wall greeted me. I had to buy shoes to avoid touching the filthy carpet. Also, my mattress was charged unfairly for being dirty from previous guests. The hotel staff seemed unhelpful when I reported issues. Even the front desk was dismissive about clean sheets. Limited shuttle service was also disappointing, as I waited a long time before they resorted to calling an Uber. There were good food options nearby. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.

We really enjoyed our time here with the kids! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy for us to visit local attractions together. Plus, the staff was accommodating, ensuring we had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
